Geranium

Geranium, also known as Egyptian Geranium, is native to Egypt and is well-known for its skincare properties and its ability to improve cognitive function as well as relieve anxiety and depression. Because geranium oil is an astringent, it induces tightening of the skin and slows down the aging process. Of the 700 varieties of Geranium currently available on the market, our natural rose-scented Egyptian Geranium essential oil is considered the highest quality hybrid available. The sweet and floral aroma of geranium oil, immersed in your shower, will help calm and relax your body and mind.

Chamomile

This delicate, daisy-like flower has been collected as a calming, soothing botanical ingredient from the Mediterranean through Northern Europe since the beginnings of recorded history. Two varieties of Chamomile have been used as medicines since Roman times and earlier, especially for indigestion, frayed nerves and sleeplessness. Chamomile has always been prized as a mild natural sedative, without the dangerous properties of opiates. It’s frequently enjoyed as a relaxing tea, but we find inhalation of the essential oil via the steamy waters of the shower even more enjoyable and effective for clarifying thoughts and stabilizing moods.

Love, love, love!

I am in love with the Essio shower system! I purchased the starter kit along with the variety pack and have used nearly all of the scents. It's very easy to use. The pods have lasted for 4 or 5 shower each and are still nearly half full. I have not yet found a scent I don't like and will definitely be ordering refills!
